Use Dečanska 8, 2nd floor, Stari Grad, Belgrade as your registered business address when applying through APR. You do not need a Virtual Office agreement before registration.

Once registration is completed, send us your official APR registration decision (Rešenje).

If you are setting up a Preduzetnik in Serbia as the basis for your temporary residence application, several documents and steps need to be prepared in the correct order. We can assist you throughout the process.
For Preduzetnik registration
You will generally need your passport, a registered business address, a selected activity code (šifra delatnosti), an APR application and proof of payment of the applicable APR fee.
For temporary residence
Depending on your citizenship and individual case, the application may require a valid passport, digital photograph, proof of residential address, White Card where applicable, proof of sufficient means, personal bank statement, APR registration documents, proof of qualification with certified Serbian translation where required, health insurance or other supporting documents requested by the competent authority.
Bank accounts
Our complete setup includes two separate banking services: a personal bank account and a business bank account. The personal account is used in our workflow to obtain personal financial evidence for the residence application. The business account is opened separately for the registered Preduzetnik and its business operations.
Additional costs
Government and third-party costs are not included in our service prices unless explicitly stated. These may include APR fees, temporary residence administrative fees, biometrics and foreigner ID card issuance fees, certified translations, apostille or legalisation, bank certificates and other required documents.

No. First register your business at our address. Once registration is completed, send us your APR decision and we will arrange the agreement signing.
If you read the agreement before your visit, signing takes a minute. If you haven't read it but let us know about your visit in advance, it takes around 15 minutes. If you arrive without notice, allow about 30 minutes while we prepare the papers for you.
Our agreement covers business infrastructure support and includes one coworking day per week. We also limit the number of businesses registered at our address so that workspace remains available for clients. To date, we have not had a temporary residence application refused because of our address. The final decision on every residence application is made by MUP.
Yes. We make and install company name plates ourselves using our laser engraver.
Yes. You can change your plan, but a new agreement will need to be signed.
Yes. All payments are processed officially, and we provide the appropriate fiscal receipt or invoice.
